What are your delivery timeframes?

We will organise delivery within 48 hours when we receive your order.

We will keep you up to date with your progress of your order. We will send you a tracking link, once your order is processed.

Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow:

  • Urban delivery within 5 days
  • Rural and Outer Island delivery within 10 days

I just got my order and something is damaged/faulty/wrong. What do I do?

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us contact@tidyupdesigner.co.nz and provide a photo of the damage. We will arrange for the product to be collected, and the damaged product will be replaced.

Where do you ship from?

All goods are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand and are delivered by track and trace courier.

 

Do you post to PO boxes in New Zealand?

No, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

What can I do if the products I received were damaged on arrival?

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us contact@tidyupdesigner.co.nz and provide a photo of the damage. We will arrange for the product to be collected, and the damaged product will be replaced.

 

Do you have retail store where I can view products before purchase?

To keep prices down, we are an online only so we do not have a retail shop.

We provide online customer service that you can enquire the product details with us.

We offer a 7 days money back guarantee, so that in the unlikely event that the product you order is not what you want, you are welcome to return it, no questions asked.

In the near future, we will open a product retail showroom in Auckland.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund or exchange. The only conditions applying to change of mind returns are as follows:    

- You must complete your return within 7 days of the date of your order arrived

- Please keep the product unused and with original package

- The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.  

To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to contact@tidyupdesigner.co.nz that includes your order number, few photos of your order, the condition of your product, and the reason for the return.

Once a member of our team has assessed your issue, we will contact you with the status of your replacement or refund. Please allow for up to 2 business days to hear a response from us.

If your refund is approved, we will send you a return label. As soon as your order is received back we will initiate a refund to the original payment method that you used. In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit.
